A scorecard is a graphical display of performance measurements, typically in several columns across a set of time elements such as Calendar Quarters. Most often, the rows represent the hierarchical structure of the organisation being measured (office, department, etc.) and the columns show Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Actuals and Targets by time period—with the numeric KPI metrics in the cells of the row-column scorecard
